Essex Short Breaks Survey – Have your say

Essex County Council are currently reviewing the Short Breaks Commissioning Strategy and are keen to hear about your family’s experience of Essex Short Breaks.

The survey is anonymous and should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. You can complete the survey online using the link below.

This questionnaire is aimed at the families of children and young people with SEND living in Essex, and there is an opportunity for children and young people to give their views at the start of the survey. Essex County Council also welcome responses from professionals responding on behalf of families.

The Short Breaks Survey closes on the 31st of October 2025.
