Our Movement & Music Club

Ages: Under 8 years & 8 – 14 years

SENtre Essex has been set up by Charlotte Foxley, a SEN parent herself and owner of diddi dance North Essex. Having run successful SEN classes for a number of years Charlotte decided to expand and offer move variety for the children covering music and movement. We are fully inclusive, fun and welcoming – where the children are the SENtre.

Holiday Activities & After School Activities (Stay & Play Sessions)

We offer a selection of different classes including SENsory Dance, dancing to popular music, learning simple routines and enjoying a selection of props to get everyone up and moving!

Para SENsory dance is our multi-sensory dance session aimed at PMLD young people and their families, who are using wheelchairs or mobility equipment, but not exclusively.

SENtre Sounds is our fully inclusive music class for everyone non-verbal, pre-verbal, and verbal – we all have a voice, let’s make some noise! Look out for our special workshops for Singing & Karaoke.

We are also excited to offer Special Yoga classes working with specialist instructors to offer special needs Yoga.
